  1. Eligibility. Kamel Learning tutoring services and the founding-student offer are currently available only to students located in one of the 50 U.S. states. The program provides up to 200 founding-student spots nationwide. A registrant must provide all required information and consents, select the state where the student is located, verify the email address, and pass Kamel Learning’s eligibility review. The registrant must be at least 18 and register for themselves or as the student’s parent or legal guardian.
  2. State allocation. Starting October 14, 2026, only four promotional spots are allocated per state during the first phase, until 100 students are approved nationwide. Existing approved students count toward this threshold. Within each state, verified registration order determines consideration while spots remain. Selecting a state or submitting the form does not guarantee a spot.
  3. National release. Once 100 students are approved nationwide, remaining unallocated spots move into one national pool and the per-state cap no longer applies. Existing reservations and approved benefits are preserved. Eligible verified students who did not receive a protected state spot may be considered in verification order, regardless of state, until the 200-spot limit is reached.
  4. Offer. Each eligible student receives a personal, one-time discount: get 50% off your first tutoring hour (the first 60 minutes) of an eligible individual or group tutoring booking, including MCAT and USMLE preparation. The benefit cannot be sold, shared, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Any time beyond the first 60 minutes and subsequent sessions are charged at the applicable rate. Previously issued or earned benefits retain their original scope and terms.
  5. One offer per student and household. The offer is limited to one per student, household, verified account, and payment method. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, speculative, bad-faith, or unverifiable registrations may be rejected or voided. Kamel Learning may conduct a reasonable eligibility review before issuing or accepting a code.
  6. Combining promotions. The founding-student offer cannot be combined with another promotion except as expressly permitted by the separately stated Referral and Loyalty Program Terms.
  7. Availability. Tutoring is subject to launch, tutor availability, subject availability, suitable student-tutor matching, scheduling, and Kamel Learning’s applicable service terms.
  8. Personal use and no cash value. The Founding Student Benefit is personal to the eligible student. It cannot be sold, shared, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash and cannot generate a cash refund or credit beyond the amount paid.
  9. No purchase required to register. Joining the waitlist does not require a purchase and does not obligate the student to buy tutoring services.
  10. Reservation and code issuance. Email verification may create a provisional state or national-pool reservation, but it does not issue a usable discount code. After approval, the discount is verified at the first authenticated checkout using the same verified email, and the final amount is shown before payment. Previously issued codes retain their original terms. Kamel Learning does not store full card numbers or security codes.
  11. Review and returned spots. Kamel Learning may reject or void duplicate, test, fraudulent, ineligible, expired, or voluntarily declined reservations. A voided spot returns to the applicable state or national pool. Administrative review is not publicly displayed and student names are never included in public availability counts.
  12. Offer—not a contest. The founding-student program is a limited promotional offer administered under verification order, availability, and eligibility criteria. It is not a contest, sweepstakes, lottery, random drawing, or prize competition.
  13. Expiration. The redemption deadline will be stated before booking purchases open. The current plan is for provisional reservations to expire 60 days after Kamel Learning begins accepting tutoring bookings unless a different deadline is communicated beforehand.
  14. Communications and privacy. Registrants consent to receive waitlist, launch, promotional, and educational emails and may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Registration information is handled in accordance with Kamel Learning’s applicable privacy notice.
  15. Changes and interpretation. Kamel Learning may reasonably interpret these terms and may modify, suspend, or end the waitlist offer where necessary for legal, technical, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons. Changes will not reduce a previously confirmed student’s earned discount except where required by law or caused by fraud or ineligibility.

Email verification is required. Selecting a state does not guarantee a spot. Verification order, availability, and eligibility review determine whether a provisional reservation is made; the approved discount is verified at your first authenticated checkout before payment.

Founding Student Benefit: The one-time 50% off your first tutoring hour is personal to the eligible student. It cannot be sold, shared, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Promotional benefits are governed by the current Kamel Learning Terms of Service and Rewards Terms. If a conflict exists, the applicable online terms in effect when the benefit is issued will control, subject to applicable law.

Student Referral Program

A verified student earns one 25-percentage-point first-hour tutoring discount when one new eligible student registers with the referring student's personal referral code and verifies their email. The benefit belongs to the referring student, not the referred student. It may be earned and used once only, cannot increase the first-hour tutoring discount above 75%, and has no cash value. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, invalid registrations, and fraudulent or bad-faith activity do not qualify.

Student Loyalty Program

After completing nine paid tutoring classes, an eligible student receives 50% off the tenth tutoring class. Canceled, refunded, disputed, complimentary, or missed classes do not count. The benefit applies only to the qualifying tenth tutoring class and has no cash value.

Combining, expiration and cancellations

An eligible Founding Student Benefit may combine with an earned Referral Benefit for one 75% discount on the first tutoring hour. The Referral Benefit may be used by itself for one 25% discount. A redemption deadline will be disclosed before booking purchases open or when the benefit is issued. If Kamel Learning cancels a discounted class before completion, the earned discount will be restored or reissued for an eligible rebooking. Student cancellations, rescheduling requests, and no-shows follow the applicable booking terms and do not automatically restore a redeemed benefit.

All benefits are subject to eligibility verification, service and tutor availability, Kamel Learning's applicable service terms, and reasonable fraud-prevention review. Benefits are nontransferable and have no cash value. Kamel Learning may modify or end a program prospectively; a benefit already validly earned will be honored unless obtained through error, duplication, misrepresentation, fraud, misuse, or ineligibility.
